For products, you can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. If you cancel your order after 24 hours , a 10% cancellation fee and material cost will apply. If the order is ready for shipment and you wish to cancel, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged. Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In the event of a forced cancellation after shipping, a 50% fee will apply. You can initiate a return process after receiving the light fixture.
