Free Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes the items you purchase may not be the perfect fit for your space or decor. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery.
Return & Exchange Conditions:

The item must not be installed or used.

It must be in its original packaging.

The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.

All parts must be included, and the product must be in its original condition.
Return Process:

Initiate a Return: Kindly send photos or videos of the item along with your order number to support@fancilamps.com. Our customer service team will review your request.

Return the Item: If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and a signature for your peace of mind. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 5-7 business days and process either a refund or exchange.
Return Time & Refunds:

Refunds within 24 Hours: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, we’ll issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds after 24 Hours: If you cancel after 24 hours, a handling fee and transaction fees will apply.

Order Confirmation: We will confirm the shipping details with you before dispatching the product.

Post-shipment Refunds: If the product has already been shipped, you will need to wait until you receive it to initiate the return and refund process.
- Please note that large lighting factories do not support returns or exchanges.
Production Defects or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will replace any damaged parts free of charge, and if the damage is severe, we’ll provide a full product replacement.
Order Cancellation:
Customized items are not eligible for cancellation. For non-customized orders, you can cancel free of charge within 24 hours by replying to your order confirmation email.
Return Fees:

Fanci Lamps' Fault (e.g., incorrect product, damaged during transit, wrong address): We’ll cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund.

Customer's Fault (e.g., change of mind, wrong order or size, incorrect address): The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, including the original shipping cost.
Refund Processing:

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or credit card company, as refunds may take time to process. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at support@fancilamps.com.
Order Cancellation Details:
If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing it, and we will be happy to provide a free cancellation. Orders that are canceled after the 24-hour window may incur a cancellation fee.
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item once it’s delivered, and we’ll assist you with the return process.
