We understand that sometimes the items you purchase may not be the perfect fit for your space or decor. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

• The item must not be installed or used.

• It must be in its original packaging.

• The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.

• All parts must be included, and the product must be in its original condition.

Return Process:

1. Initiate a Return: Kindly send photos or videos of the item along with your order number to support@fancilamps.com. Our customer service team will review your request.

2. Return the Item: If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and a signature for your peace of mind. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

3. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 5-7 business days and process either a refund or exchange.

Return Time & Refunds:

• Refunds within 24 Hours: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, we’ll issue a full refund at no additional cost.

• Refunds after 24 Hours: If you cancel after 24 hours, a handling fee and transaction fees will apply.

• Order Confirmation: We will confirm the shipping details with you before dispatching the product.

• Post-shipment Refunds: If the product has already been shipped, you will need to wait until you receive it to initiate the return and refund process.

Production Defects or Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will replace any damaged parts free of charge, and if the damage is severe, we’ll provide a full product replacement.

Order Cancellation:

Customized items are not eligible for cancellation. For non-customized orders, you can cancel free of charge within 24 hours by replying to your order confirmation email.

Return Fees:

• Fanci Lamps' Fault (e.g., incorrect product, damaged during transit, wrong address): We’ll cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund.

• Customer's Fault (e.g., change of mind, wrong order or size, incorrect address): The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, including the original shipping cost.

Refund Processing:

• After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or credit card company, as refunds may take time to process. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at support@fancilamps.com.

Order Cancellation Details:

If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing it, and we will be happy to provide a free cancellation. Orders that are canceled after the 24-hour window may incur a cancellation fee.
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item once it’s delivered, and we’ll assist you with the return process.

Refusal of Delivery

For the products, you can cancel your order for free within 24 hours after placing it. If you cancel after 24 hours, a 30% cancellation fee and material costs will apply. If the product is already in production, or If the order is ready for shipment and you wish to cancel,you will need to pay for all material costs; please contact the customer service for specific amounts.

If you force a cancellation after shipping, a 50% fee will be charged. You can initiate the return process after receiving the fixtures.

Additionally, please note that all large fixtures in the store are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Choose the right size chandelier is not an easy task as there are so many variables and sometimes we do not even know where to get started. What should be the right size for a chandelier? A small chandelier can easily get lost if it is a large space and cannot deliver a strong design element, while a large chandelier can be too overwhelming in a small space. The right chandelier is proportional to the height and width of the room as well as the furniture size in the room.

Here are several general rules that apply to most spaces:

1. How to determine the chandelier’s diameter

Measure spaces’ length and width in feet, sum them up and that will be approximate diameter for the chandelier in inches.

For example 16 feet (Room Length) + 8 feet (Room Width) = 24 feet; The chandelier should be about 24 inches for its diameter

2. How to determine the chandelier’s height

Measure the space’s floor to ceiling distance in feet, multiple by 2.5 will be the approximate height for the chandelier in inches. This rule mainly apply to pendant style chandelier while not necessarily apply to ceiling style chandelier.

For example 11 feet (Room Height), 11*2.5 = 27.5 The chandelier should be about 27.5 inches for its height

3. How to determine the appropriate height for hanging a chandelier

If you are hanging the chandelier on an open floor, chandelier’s bottom should at least be 7.5 feet away from the floor.

If you are hanging the chandelier above a dining table or kitchen island, chandelier’s bottom should be 30 to 36 inches away from the tabletop.

Other rules and tips apply to different types of spaces.

Besides those general rules that apply to most spaces, there are other rules and tips for different areas, like what size chandelier should be used for the dining room and what about foyers?

Dining Room & Kitchen island

If you are hanging the chandelier above your dining table or kitchen island, you can also decide the size of the chandeliers based on the size of your dining table or kitchen island. We generally recommend that the length or diameter of the chandelier should be between 1/2 and 3/4 of the length of the dining table or kitchen island.

For example, let's say that you have a dining table with 60 inches in length. The chandelier should be between 30 (60 x 1/2) to 45 (60 x 3/4) inches in diameter or length (Same here 1/2 to 3/4 of the kitchen island length)

Two-Story Foyer with Staircase

Besides the general rule that the chandelier’s bottom should be at least 7 and a half feet away from the floor. For two stories, what you also need to consider is how will it look from the second floor. In general, staircase chandeliers will be a good choice for space. In term of placing, below are two commonly seen guidance:

• The general guideline is to use the second floor as a reference point. Hanging the chandelier slightly lower than or at the top of the staircase. This way, when you are at the top of the staircase, the top of the chandelier will be at your eye-level.
• On the other hand, many designers advocate for independent placement just to make the chandelier the focal point or placing the chandelier about another architectural features. For example. if there is a large transparent window above the door, it should be centered in the window for best visual result from outside.

Long Hallways

Chandelier size for hall ways should be determined by the width of the hallway. Multiple the hallway’s width in feet by 2.5 will be the diameter of the chandelier in inches.

For example, the hallway’s width is 8 feet. The chandelier’s diameter should be about 20 (8 x 2.5) inches

If you want to decorate with chandelier for your long hallways. We always recommend having them

• Centered in the middle of the hallway
• Spaced between 8 and 10 feet apart
• At least 7 and half feet clearance from floor to bottom of chandelier.

There are installation instructions included in every product we sell. If you feel installation complicated, we recommend you contact a licensed contractor or electrician.

7.How can I check the shipping information of my order?
You will have a tracking number after the order is shipped and you will be able to track the package on the logistics company's track tool. We will send the tracking number to your email. Or click "Tracking Order", enter the tracking number, and track transportation information.

8. If I request a return within 30 days of receiving the item but fail to ship it back within that period, can I still return it after a month?
If you submitted a return request within that period but did not ship the item back within the 30-day window, we unfortunately cannot accept the return once the timeframe has passed.

For standard product, you can cancel for free within 24 hours after you place the order by replying to your order confirmation email. You can still cancel it as long as the products have not been shipped out. However, a $100 processing fee will be charged. Once the product is shipped out, the order can’t be canceled.
